About Project

This project involved a significant home remodel on the main floor and basement bathroom. The scope of work includes:
• Gut and remodel the primary bathroom
• Remodel the lower level
• Replace the existing basement stair railing with white oak newels / top rail and black iron pipe guardrails
• Install a new wine bar area in the kitchen
• Construct a maple post and apron support system for an extended kitchen island countertop
• Remodel the kitchen and extend the island
• Remove all floor coverings on the main level and stair landing and replace with laminate flooring
• Paint all existing base molding and new shoe molding everywhere that the new laminate and tile floors have been installed
• Paint all walls on the main and lower level
• Stain the stair railing system, floating shelves, and front door
