Timing depends on the size and complexity of the home, site conditions, permitting, design, and selections. We establish expectations and a preliminary schedule before construction begins.

Yes. PR Design Build is a design-build firm, so design and construction are planned together from the beginning.
Can you build on a lot I already own?
Yes. We can discuss your property, goals, site conditions, and project feasibility during the initial consultation.
Where do you build new homes?

How early do we establish a budget?
