Before you call.
How long does a whole home remodel take?
Design typically runs eight to twelve weeks. Construction runs four to nine months depending on scope. You get a schedule at the construction agreement, before demolition starts.
Can we live in the house during construction?
Sometimes. It depends on whether the kitchen, primary bath, and mechanical systems are all in scope at once. We give you a straight answer during design instead of letting you find out in month two.
Do you work outside Holland and Grand Rapids?
Yes. We build throughout West Michigan, including Zeeland, Hudsonville, Jenison, Georgetown, Ada, and Rockford, and along the lakeshore.
Do you design as well as build?
We only build what we design. That is the point of design-build, and it is why the drawings and the finished house match.
What happens when you find something behind a wall?
Older homes hide things. When we find one, you hear about it that day with a cost and a recommendation, not as a surprise line item at the end.
