After years in the construction industry, Eric Payne saw the frustration that came from separating design from construction. Clients were left coordinating multiple companies, managing miscommunication, and making major decisions without a clear guide.
In 2006, he built a company designed to eliminate those challenges.
Today, every project is managed under one roof, from the first design conversation through the final walkthrough, giving homeowners one trusted team, one point of accountability, and a process built around communication.
