Yes. Many lakeshore clients are away for some or all of their project. We use regular communication, project management tools, photos, and video to keep you connected to the work.
Do you remodel existing lake homes as well as build new?
Yes. Lakeshore projects can include whole-home renovations, additions, outdoor living spaces, and new home construction.
Can you help us make better use of our lake views?
Yes. Layout, windows, sightlines, and indoor-outdoor connections are considered during design so the home takes better advantage of its setting.
Do you work on inland lakes as well as Lake Michigan?
Yes. PR Design Build works on Lake Michigan and surrounding inland lakes throughout our West Michigan service area.
